Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly over the salmon.
Spread Dijon mustard over the top if using.
Add lemon slices on top of the fillets.
Sprinkle paprika for additional flavor if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
