Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
