Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts chopped
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish
  • Sliced apples or baguette for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  • Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
  • Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges.
  • Brush the pastry with an egg wash for a golden finish.
  • Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • While baking, chop the nuts and prepare the honey.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with nuts and rosemary.
