Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
  • Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  • Unwrap the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce.
  • Return the ribs to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let rest, and serve.
