Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf.
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Score the top of the loaf with a sharp knife and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
