Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced apples Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon and set aside.

  • Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until crumbly.
