Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  • In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and buttermilk.
