Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes at 400°F.
Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
