Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for doneness.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
